“She Is” Movie | Best Dressed Stars From the Star-Studded Premiere

SheIs Movie, the highly anticipated production debut of vocal queens, Waje and Omawumi was premiered with pomp and splendor at the Filmhouse Cimemas Lekki, Lagos.
Waje and Omawumi gave us the ultimate best friend vibe this year with the birth of their media company, Hermanes Media; and consequently releasing their first film, SheIs. The drama comedy features Somkele Iyama Idhalama who plays the lead role of Frances Anyaoku.
Directed by Chris Eneaji Eneng, the movie also features Nollywood veterans like Desmond Elliot, Ejike Asiegbu and Chiwetalu Agu. Chioma “Chigul” Omeruah, Mawuli Gavor, Omawumi, Linda Ejiofor, Frank Donga and Waje were also part of the impressive cast.
From Banky W to Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, Toke Makinwa, Alex Unsual, Ifu Ennada, and more, the movie or premiere was a star studded affair, and guests dressed in line with the theme, OnceUponaFairyTale.

About the Movie
SheIs tells the story of Frances Anyaoku living a “perfect life” yet feels incomplete due to the absence of a husband and child. However, things get worse when finds out that she has a special kind of fibroid and may never bear children after her surgery. Devastated, Frances decides to take her destiny into her own hands by rewriting her story.
She Is Movie is set to hit cinemas nationwide from the 15th of March. Perfect for Women’s History Month right? We saw the movie at the premiere Sunday night and will give it a solid 7/10.
