After their Vegas wedding, the Bennifer duo, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck officially celebrated their marriage on Saturday, August 20. The ceremony took place with their family and friends at their home in Riceboro, Georgia, on Hampton Island. Now, we want to talk about JLo’s wedding dresses.
Since Saturday, we have been waiting to see JLo’s wedding dress(es) and we weren’t disappointed. The bride wore not just one, but three custom Ralph Lauren Collection dresses.
Let’s talk about JLo’s wedding dresses.
Dress 1
JLo wore Ralph Lauren’s classic turtleneck column dress paired with a “cathedral-length” veil to add to its beauty.
Fun fact: More than 1,000 handkerchiefs were attached by hand to create a voluminous, romantic skirt for the ceremony.
Dress 2.
For her reception, JLo wore another Ralph Lauren dress that featured cascading strings of pearls.
Fun fact: Thirty artisans worked to hand-embroider the chandelier-pearl gown with micro-pleats of silk tulle, pearl embellishments, and Swarovski crystal.
Dress 3.
For her third look, the bride wore yet another Ralph Lauren dress that consisted of a mermaid silhouette and Swarovski-crystal-embellished keyhole neckline. The dress also featured a removable organza overlay.
The groom complemented his bride’s look in a classic Ralph Lauren Couture white tuxedo jacket, black trousers, and a black bow tie. All five children were also in Ralph Lauren’s looks.
One thing is for sure, Jennifer Lopez was one very happy bride on her big day.
