Inkblot Productions has unveiled the trailer for ‘A Weekend to Forget, a thriller starring Daniel Etim-Effiong, Ini Dima-Okojie, Stan Nze, Erica Nlewedim, Elozonam Ogbulu, Uche Montana, Neo Akpofure and Akin Lewis ahead of its worldwide premiere on the September 19, 2023. The movie will be released in all cinemas nationwide on Friday, September 22.
The trailer which was shared on Inkblot’s social media pages was trending globally just hours after it was released. It sparked excitement on social media as fans and movie goers could not stop talking about the cast and the storyline.
Excitement has been building since Inkblot announced in May that it had commenced principal photography for a new thriller. With the release of this trailer, the Nigerian moviedom has been sent into excitement and fever-pitch anticipation.
A Weekend to Forget, which is Inkblot’s co-founder Damola Ademola’s directorial debut, explores the dark edges of human psychology and the fallout of chasing one’s darkest desires. A Weekend To Forget is a collaboration with Film One Studios.
The project was conceived by Damola himself, and he worked on the story with Chiemeka Osagwu. Joy Isi Bewaji wrote the Screenplay.
