July 21st 2018 was a glamorous day and one to always remember for rapper and music executive Terrence LeVarr Thornton (Pusha T) and long time sweetheart, Virginia Williams. Pusha T’s brother, Gene “No Malice” Thornton officiated the intimate wedding, but how significant is the number 7/21 to the couple?
In a comment made to Brides, Williams said “For whatever reason, I see the number 721 almost every day in crazy places. On 7/21/16, Terrence had me believing he was in L.A. but popped up at our home in Bethesda [Maryland]” she gushed. “He told me to meet him on our rooftop terrace. When I did, he was on one knee and asked me to marry him at 7:21 pm! I said yes!”
Held at the historic Cavalier Hotel in Virginia Beach, the beautiful wedding had about 150 guests including an array of superstars like best man Pharrell Williams, Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, Fabolous, 2Chainz and more.
The bride walked down the aisle in a floral embroidered Marchesa gown featuring a deep v-neckline. For her reception dress, the bride wore a strapless Reem Acra gown.
The Groom wore a custom Dior suit designed by Kim Jones. The groomsmen were also outfitted in custom Dior, while the bridesmaids wore Katie May Collection dresses.
The very elegant and classy wedding had a neutral tone in various shades of white, nude, grey, smoke, and ivory, as well as marble accents.
