The Life Coaches Association of Nigeria (LCAN) held its 2020 inauguration ceremony, welcoming new members into the advisory council and inaugurating incoming members of the executive committee who will drive the association’s operations in Nigeria for the next 24 months. In a speech by Lanre Olusola, the chairman board of trustees who also founded the association 10 years ago, he reiterated the vision to see a very viable coaching industry in Nigeria.
According to the current LCAN president Enahoro Okhae, with growth projections for the life coaching industry worldwide estimated at 6.7%, taking revenue to $1.34 billion by 2022, it is imperative that coaching becomes a front burner here in Nigeria and in the continent at large. Outgoing executive committee members of the association were also recognized and celebrated for their service to the body.
