Davido is forever making Nigerians and Africans proud as he stands as one of the few artists putting African music on the world map. After being the second African to sell out the 20,000 capacity O2 Arena in London for his historic concert in January, the Afro pop artist makes another boss move with his 2017 hit song “fall”.

The DMW record label owner, also joins the likes of Beyoncé and other legendary artistes on the apple music’s global pop playlist, making him the first ever African artist to achieve this feat.
With the song FALL, Davido became the first African artiste to hit the 100M views mark on YouTube. A quick look at the super stars ground shaking moments would leave you speechless; having won a total of 44 awards, he also signed a record deal with Sony before starting his own label, Davido Music Worldwide (DMW). On the 24th of June 2018, the music icon became the first African-based artist to receive his award on the BET Awards main stage!
