The government mandated lock-down created an opportunity for a lot of people especially creatives to experiment and some of those experiments have gone on to become trends. This is not just in Nigeria but in most countries in the world. Standing tall on the trend table are face masks, wide brimmed hats  etc

So till further notice, we’ll be wearing masks to the market, on walks, and maybe even after its been declared safe outside. Masks are typically not a fashion item, they are mostly worn by medical professionals especially surgeons but due to the pandemic, they have now become an essential item.

For people who cant afford to keep buying the disposable masks, they’ve opted for masks made from fabrics. From anakara fabrics, polyester, people have become creative about making and wearing masks. I mean, the mask  will take up a fair amount of space on your face, you might as well slay with it.

So here are how people are keeping it cute with their face mask.
