Its week three of the government mandated lock-down in Nigeria, and it doesn’t seem like its gonna be legal to go outside anytime soon. On the bright side, Glazia is geared up to provide you with all the content you need this period. As a result of the lock down, there has been no activity anywhere in the centre of entertainment; that is Lagos. However, celebrities took out time to entertain us this week with what they have. Most of them took to Tik Tok and Snapchat to keep their fans entertained, IG Live sessions etc.
This week’s best dressed looks comprises of Easter looks, photo-shoots, celebrities bored and playing dress up. As usual, we selected the best 10 out of these looks just for you this week. They include;
1. Kie Kie
TV presenter Bukunmi Adeaga looked super hot in a neon green pleated skirt from Accost Collection. She wore this under a white lace body suit, all cushioned with a royal blue blazer. She shared this image on Instagram and we totally loved that she opted for pink strap heels and a pink purse to compliment the look. For accessories, she wore multiple rings and a dangling earring.
2. Alex Unusual
Media personality Alex is no stranger to our list. Here she is this week, in a fuchsia, one-shouldered, ruffled tulle top, on a yellow boot cut pants for AY live online red carpet challenge. We are well aware that if the situation was different Alex will be dressed much more elegantly, but as it is an online show, she looks about right. She paired this outfit with a black bag and a pair of heels.
3. Elozonam
Media personality and BBNaija alumni is present on our best dressed list this wee. He dazzles us with this monochrome image of him ably styled by Valerie Okeke in a black tee, a pair of black sweatpants, and a winter jacket. For shoes he wore white sneaks, no accessories except for a pair of dark shades. Definitely star worthy.
4. Adedimeji Lateef
Popular Nigerian actor Adedimeji Lateef debuts our list this week. He looked voguish in a denim jacket over purple print shirt on royal purple pants. He paired this superb look with a pair of glasses and brown buckle shoes. His accessories were; a simple gold neck-chain, wrists bands and rings. Everything about this look is on point!
5. Elizabeth Oputa
Serving a beautiful Easter Sunday look this week, is celebrity PR expert; Elizabeth Oputa. She rocked a blue ankara top from Edibly on a pink midi skirt with a centre slit. She paired this look with a black head scarf and a pair of black mules and accessorised minimally. Simple yet stunning!
6. Peruzzi
Another fresher on our list this week is DMW’s Peruzzi. He took a break from cooking up music to play dress up in joggers, sweatshirt and a pair of brown sneakers. This is a huge 90s inspired look which has made a comeback to the Nigerian music scene and sure fits Peruzzi.
7. Mochedda
Rapper turned beauty influencer and fashion entrepreneur; Mocheddah makes an appearance on our list this week. She looked snazzy in a fuchsia, velvet two piece set from an unnamed brand. She added a pair of gold ankle strap heels and gold accessories to uplift the outfit. Perfecto!
8. Temi Otedola
London based influencer, Temi Otedola brought out the leather pants this week. She sure didn’t allow the government mandated lock down affect her slay. She paired a neon green turtleneck long sleeved top with the black leather pants. Such a great combo, as beautiful as the view behind her.
9. Ebuka Obi-Uchendu
Popular TV host and unarguably one of Nigeria’s fashion icons, Ebuka graced our list this week. He looks dapper in a crisp suit from Mai Atafo and black shoes from Paciotti for the promo pictures of an upcoming TV show ”Judging Matters”. You can never go wrong with an Atafo suit!
10. Ariyiike
Another exciting entry for this week is media personality Ariyiike. She shared this image of her on her Instagram rocking a yellow tracksuit from the Style Hub. We must agree that yellow looks great on her. She finished it off with a pair of black sneakers and accessorised with gold hoops. Her hair was in an up-do style which was perfect.
