During her tenure at Allianz Nigeria, Adeolu’s strategic vision was instrumental in acquiring the company, showcasing her capability to navigate and lead through complex mergers and acquisitions. She also served as the Regional Head of Mergers, Acquisitions, and Transformation Africa within the Allianz Group, managing an impressive portfolio nearing half a billion Euros globally. Before becoming CEO, she made history as the first and only female member of the Allianz Nigeria board, serving as a Non-Executive Director.
Currently, Adeolu Adewumi-Zer is the founder and managing director at Zer Consulting, a pan-African consultancy dedicated to fostering sustainable growth through strategy planning, leadership development, and executive insights at conferences worldwide.
