Dubai
If there is one destination that has always enjoyed regular visits and more demands on travel, it is Dubai. The country has remained the favorite travel destination of many all thanks to its luxury, and glamorous desert hotspots. Dubai is that international transit and trade hub that attends to all your travel needs. Although the temperature here is on the high side, you may want to relax beside the Mandarin Oriental Jumeira’s infinity sixth-floor infinity pool or the Address Sky View infinity pool on the 54th floor.
To enjoy the beauty of Dubai’s golden dunes in the deserts, desert resorts like Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anatara, The Al Maha with 42 tented suites, or the Mysk Al Badayer Retreat tucked in the culture-rich emirate of Sharjah should be top of your list. Before you booked your flight though, be sure you are up to date on their new visitor’s regulation.
Paris
Still retaining its place as the paragon of style, Paris is unarguably the most glamorous city in Europe. With its architectural spirit that resides in the elegant streets and buildings like the Pantheon, and ambitious structures like the Eiffel Tower, Paris will always be a choice destination. A trip to Paris will not be complete without climbing the Eiffel Tower, an exciting structure that provides an unforgettable experience.
For summer and seaside activities, consider wandering around the Parc Rives de Seine or better still cruise on the Seine itself. Part of why we travel is to gain more knowledge; The Marvel at Sainte-Chappelle and the Musee Picasso can offer you this. The Musee Picasso is the Marais mansion that houses an unrivaled collection of Picasso’s sculptures, paintings, and drawings.
Tanzania
One of the most friendly, romantic, and complex countries in Africa is Tanzania, a country with a vast array of beautiful wilderness. The country boasts of some of the world’s finest parks, two of Africa’s highest mountains, stunning white-sand beaches, and friendly natives. Visiting Tanzania without stopping at Zanzibar is one mistake you should not make.
After a long year of hard work, the necklace of Zanzibar’s tropical islands will offer the rest you desire. The city is a year-round destination with a wide range of activities to choose from. You can decide to visit Stone Town, awarded World Heritage Status in 2000; scuba dive around Mnemba Atoll, or spend a day with the wildlife of the Jozani Chwaka Bay National Park.
Italy
The diverse landscapes of Italy, the fabulous and delicious cuisines plus the beautiful experience of the remnants of the Roman Empire have made Italy a choice destination. If you are looking to eat more pasta, Italy might just be the place for you. The average Italian eats 23 kilos of pasta annually, and drinks 14 billion cups of coffee every year.
Rome, Italy’s capital should be top of your list. A visit to Rome will leave you with more knowledge of the Roman Empire plus astounding historic sites. If you are looking to enjoy your summer, then Liguria is perfect for you. Also known as the Italian Riviera, it is always crowded with sun-seekers for much of summer.
Kigali, Rwanda
It is beautiful to see that 25 years after the devastating genocide that rocked Rwanda, the country is fast becoming one of Africa’s hippest destinations. Your 2022 travel list should include a visit to Africa’s safest country and the world’s ninth-safest country.
The land of a thousand hills has excellent viewpoints across the city for your social media pictures. You have to try the most famous local food in Kigali, the brochette; a shish kebab with either meat or fish. After your visit, you may want to get some items for your friends. The Heaven Boutique and Restaurants has some of the best souvenirs in Rwanda.
If you cannot afford to physically travel to these places, read books about them or go via Instagram and enjoy the view. Some day, you will find yourself on a plane to any of the places.
