Corona Virus cases in the UK have risen to 798, up from 590 on Thursday 12th of March. Spain has declared a state of emergency as it sees a steep rise in the number of cases. English Premier League has also suspended all matches until the 3rd of April – Uefa Champions League and Europa League are also affected by the wide spread of the virus. As at today, the 3rd case has been confirmed in Nigeria and in other parts of the country, there is serious social distancing and shortage of basic supplies.
Belgium, France, Switzerland parts of Germany, India and some US states have closed schools. Countries including Czech Republic, Slovakia, Malta, Ukraine, Pakistan and Hong Kong have announced travel restrictions and quarantine measures.
The world seem to be on lock down and most cities have asked residents to isolate themselves to prevent them from contacting the virus.
