Barbara Levy, President of LIA, said, “A well-defined strategy is like a roadmap to everyone on the team. It gives direction to the creatives, guiding them to create messages that are both relevant and impactful. We are happy to introduce the Creative Strategy category in its inaugural year. Transformative Business Impact, now in its fourth year, recognises that the work plays an influential role in the operations, services and customer experiences and recognises the solutions themselves. We know that there will be very robust discussions in the jury room with Suzanne as Jury President.”

LIA Judging will be held at Encore @ Wynn, Las Vegas, from September 29th to October 7th, 2024. All judging rounds occur on-site, with no pre-judging. Judges must evaluate every piece in their respective categories to determine the Gold, Silver, and Bronze Statue Winners, as well as the finalists. They also have the discretion to award a Grand LIA.

LIA is one of the five global shows in the WARC Creative 100 rankings.

About the London International Awards (LIA)

The London International Awards (LIA), founded in 1986 by Barbara Levy, is a unique Creative Awards Festival that honours excellence in multiple media types. Notably, LIA remains the only international award show owned by a woman and run entirely by female staff. Each year, LIA celebrates outstanding creative work across various media, including Advertising, Design, Technology, and more. The festival brings together industry leaders and trendsetters for a rigorous 10-day judging process in Las Vegas, ensuring diverse representation and thorough evaluation. Jurors, who judge all entries except those they are affiliated with, participate in on-site judging from the first round through final statute discussions, with no pre-judging phase.

Creative LIAisons Funded by LIA

The Creative LIAisons educational initiative, launched by LIA in 2012, aims to give back to the industry by developing, educating, inspiring, and nurturing emerging talent. This vision evolved into the Creative LIAisons Global Coaching Academy, a training program that serves as a springboard for current and future talent. Approximately 300 mentees participate annually in both onsite and virtual programs.
