The name change follows a trademark setback for American Riviera Orchard last March. The initial filing covered a wide range of products, including cookbooks, table linens, jams, cutlery, and even garden tools. However, after a rejected application, Meghan had three months to revise her branding—leading to the birth of the new brand name.
