In 2022, Fenty Beauty by Rihanna and Boots toured the nation to find the next Fenty faces of the United Kingdom. Now, the seven winners (who are all real Fenty customers!) are finally making their debut as the new faces of Fenty Beauty
A statement by Fenty Beauty reads; “Last year, we decided to bypass booking models the traditional way + instead partnered with Boots UK to find a select group of Fenty Faces to feature in our upcoming Boots UK campaign. We went through thousands of entries to find these 7 winners who truly reflect the Fenty brand ethos inside and out. Say hello to the new additions to our Fenty Fam: Sahara, Kez, Christian, Priscilla, Nicky, Dénola, and Maxine!”
This is particularly exciting to us because out of the seven new mentioned, two of them, Dénola and Priscilla are of Nigerian descent! We love it when Nigerians win on a global stage. That being said….
Meet the new faces of Fenty Beauty.
Dénola Grey (Hackney, London) – Actor, Fashion Consultant
“As an unconventional Nigerian man, seeing Fenty Beauty’s dedication towards inclusivity has been inspiring and has encouraged me to be more fearless, expressive and experimental with make-up.”
Priscilla Oluwasola (Manchester) – Social Media Executive
“Growing up it was very disheartening going into stores, unable to find my shade. Fenty Beauty is the first brand where I could find my foundation shade without having to mix products together.”
Sahara Malcom-Smith (Bedford) – Graphic Designer
“As a black woman, a brand like Fenty Beauty means a whole lot to me. It’s so important and exciting to get to see people like me being celebrated. We are beautiful people. Fenty Beauty is one of the few brands that authentically and genuinely says that and means it.”
Kez Sangha (Coventry) – Sales Associate and Graduate
“I still remember the feeling I had when I first saw the Fenty Beauty campaign. I saw people that looked like me and my friends. We finally didn’t have to struggle to find shades that suited our skin tones. I remember how happy that made me feel.”
Christian McNally (Belfast, Northern Ireland) – Fashion Graduate
“Fenty Beauty is a brand I adore for its value, self-expression and inclusivity. I love that it promotes make-up to have fun and enhance your inner beauty without trying to hide yourself.”
Nicky Lanceley (Molesey) – Junior Doctor
“Fenty Beauty to me symbolises accessibility, aspiration and a freedom to create.”
Maxine Tai (Liverpool) – Sales associate
“I love how the brand just doesn’t make you settle for a fairer or a darker shade, it provides more. It literally wants you to be happy in your own skin tone and establish your own beauty, and not alter the colour of your skin.”
