As we stay locked down at home, there are a few things we can do with our time aside work, self-development and play. As much as possible, we need to learn how to take care of our body and mind. A healthy mind will help a healthy body function maximally and either of the two cannot exist independently.
DAY 6 – Enjoy a YouTube work out with a friend/family via video call
Todays challenge is about uplifting not just the mind but also the body as they work together for optimal results. Exercises aren’t really activities people enjoy doing in their free time but what has been discovered, is that it is always easier and much more enjoyable if exercises are done with other people.
If you are looking for a good workout, check out videos on YouTube. Devote an hour everyday by streaming any of the numerous workout videos on YouTube. Partner with a friend or members of your family via video call. This would make you accountable and give you the extra bit of inspiration you need.
The offering on YouTube is massive from traditional aerobics, to ballet, to high-intensity interval training routines — so you can keep your physique in tip-top shape.
