The 2017 Billboard Music Awards was held at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on May 21, 2017. As usual, stars flocked the red carpet in their best and while there were not a lot of fantastic fashion choices to choose from, we were able to pick out our top 5 best dressed celebs who got things right.
