Students aged 8 to 18 participated in hands-on activities, discussing the Invictus Games and the importance of perseverance and mental health. Prince Harry interacted with each class, listening to students’ thoughts and discussing the transformative power of sport and community.
Heartfelt Remarks and a Surprise Announcement
After the classroom sessions, The Duke addressed everyone with heartfelt remarks. He connected the lessons to the recovery journeys of Invictus athletes. In an exciting twist, students were surprised with tickets for themselves and a family member to attend the Invictus Games 2025 Opening Ceremonies.

The Invictus Games is scheduled for 8–16 February 2025 in Vancouver and Whistler. It will feature winter adaptive sports for the first time. With 23 countries participating, the Games will serve as a powerful platform highlighting resilience, teamwork, and the healing power of sport.
