As an eloquent presenter and host, she has covered highly-rated Nigerian TV shows like MTN Project Fame, Hip TV and Headies Award. Nancy has also snatched grand awards such as City People Music Award for VJ of the Year. Others are the City People Movie Award for Best Supporting Actress of the Year. The Future Awards Africa Nigeria Prize for On Air Personality (TV) and among others.

In 2019, Nancy started her own TV show; The Nancy Isime Show which has gained over 300,000 views on YouTube, is also being broadcasted on major entertainment channels.
