Her December 2024 release, Everybody Loves Jenifa, crossed the N1.8 billion mark in early 2025, becoming the highest-grossing Nollywood film of all time and setting the tone for a landmark year. In March, her Prime Video original Finding Me became a global streaming sensation, topping charts for weeks and breaking into Top 10 lists across multiple territories. That same March, Funke convened The Creative Blueprint Masterclass. She capped the year with the blockbuster Behind The Scenes. This star-studded drama shattered opening-weekend records, grossing N512 million in its first week and becoming the fastest Nollywood film to hit the half-billion mark. The movie has since grossed over N1 billion, making it the highest-grossing film of 2025. This achievement has made her the only director to surpass N1 billion at the box office three times. With such staggering numbers, one can expect her to always shine on the Leading Ladies of Nollywood list, every year!

In August 2025, Biodun took her advocacy a step further by launching F.R.A.M.E. (Female Representation & Advancement In Media), a groundbreaking incubator and accelerator program developed in partnership with the Women In The Arts Collective. The pioneer of Nollywood’s inroad into Francophone Africa, Ruth Kadiri’s dedicated French-language television channel, FrenchTV247, boasts almost 2 million subscribers and over 200 million views.
