In a continent where economic power is rapidly shifting, a new force is emerging from the ground up. At the forefront is FinTribe, now Africa’s largest finance community for women, with a continent-spanning network of over 600,000 members across 30 countries.

On October 25, 2025, this formidable collective will converge in Lagos for the annual FinTribe Finance Fair. With the bold theme “Level Up,” the fair is a declaration of economic sovereignty for today’s African woman. Founded by multiple award-winning chartered accountant and investment banker Jennifer Awirigwe, professionally known as Financial Jennifer, the fair is designed to move women beyond basic financial literacy and into the tangible work of wealth creation.
